Due to the overwhlemed courier networks right now, please note that some scans of your order will be delayed. Please kindly allow a few days from shipment for your order status to be traceable.
WILL RETURN PERIOD BE EXTENDED?
Absolutely! We are extending the return period to 90 days, from the day you received your order.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE REFUND FOR MY CANCELLED/RETURNED ORDER?
For orders that requested to return for refund, refund can only be processed when we received your returned item and inspected by our quality assurance team and it is confirmed that it fits within our returns policy.
Please allow additional additional days for your return to be processed, as we are currently experiencing delays with the overwhelmed network of our courier partner.
